Hello! My name is Anna Cronin.
I have been working as a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA) in CILA settings since 2015. Before that, I grew up around disability advocacy and then worked with kids and adults with disabilities in many different roles - from camp counselor to classroom assistant to program director. I’ve enjoyed each of these roles, but I’ve found that I really love working with adult clients the most.
My best days on the job are those when I can help my clients and their staff get past a tough moment and to the point where we can have a good laugh together. I’ve found that behavior analysis has been the right tool to achieve more of these great days!
In 2020, Kristen and I founded Fern Leaf ABA as a way to use behavior analysis to go even further. I am proud to use this science at all levels to effectively and compassionately live out our mission statement:
Seeing Potential, Encouraging Growth
In our clients, their support networks, our employees, and our field.
