HIRING COMMITTEE
Fern Leaf ABA wants to hire a new behavior analyst this year. It is very important to us that any person we hire is comfortable and able to communicate with the people we serve. Since the owners of Fern Leaf ABA do not have disabilities, we would like to contract 1-3 people who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities to serve as consultants on our hiring committee.

When we have an applicant, we will contact you to decide what day works best for you, us, and the applicant.
On the day of the interview,
Before the interview, we’ll meet with you and let you know a little about the applicant and talk about which questions we want to ask.
During the interview, we want you to ask questions that are important to you, and we will make sure that you have a chance to do so.
Some of the questions that we need to ask will be pretty complicated and boring if you aren’t a behavior analyst. We may ask some of these questions before you arrive or after you leave.
After the interview, we want to talk with you about what you liked or disliked about the candidate. Your opinion will be very important to us!
